Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

UK delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and demand.

International delivery

Delivery times vary by country and courier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & import duties (international orders)

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact support@motioneternal.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

Lost or delayed parcels
