Made‑to‑order craftsmanship

A number of Motion Eternal pieces are produced to order to maintain quality and exclusivity. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

We encourage customers to review product details and sizing carefully prior to purchase.

Quality assurance

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will offer a replacement or refund where an item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, size, or print).

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Delivery issues

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us with your order number and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

Processing of refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
