Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Please email support@motioneternal.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout where available.
Will I get tracking?
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
What if my parcel is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No — many items are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I know my size?
Each product includes a size guide on its product page. We recommend checking this before ordering.
Are your products limited?
Many drops are limited — once sold out, items may not be restocked.
